These terms cover the free security check at securityaudit.pro, run by Elevate IT Solutions LLC. By using the check you agree to them.

What the check is

A passive check of public information about a domain (its email settings, website and registration) at one point in time. It looks only at what any web browser or email server can see.

What it is not

• It is not a penetration test, a security audit or legal advice.
• The results may be inaccurate or incomplete, and they can change from one run to the next.
• A clean score does not mean your business is secure.

Your responsibilities

• You must own the domain you check or be authorised to check it. When you ask for a report you confirm this ("I own this domain or am authorised to check it").
• No automated or bulk use: no scripts, no checking lists of domains.

Our rights

We may refuse, limit or stop checks at any time, for example to prevent abuse or when a domain owner has asked us not to check their domain.

No warranty

The check and its reports are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Elevate IT Solutions LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the check or its reports, or from relying on them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the check after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA.
